Any person that registers for the Circle L Online Auction agrees to these terms and conditions. Upon the successful winning bid of an online auction lot, a representative will contact the winning bidder to arrange for payment and/or the transfer of cattle. Terms are cash, check or credit card. Financing is available through pre-arranged terms prior to online bidding. Payment and transfer terms need to be completed within 7 days of auction end. All online auctions begin at Noon EST on the 1st of every month and end at Noon EST on the 15th of every month. You can view all of the online auction lots without registering but in order to bid you must complete the simple registration by clicking on "register to bid". This is a real time auction and only qualified registered bidders will be able to bid in this auction. Circle L reserves the right to monitor bidding activity and contact registered bidders if necessary. You will be able to view the bidding history and the current leading bid by clicking "bidding history". Bids must be made in minimum increments of $100.
